These Terms apply to the EasySchoolBus Android app, web dashboards, payment flows, school store, marketplace features, and support pages operated by Easy School Bus Management.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, using the EasySchoolBus app or website, making a payment, viewing a school store, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use EasySchoolBus on behalf of a school, company, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Our Service
EasySchoolBus provides software tools for school transportation management. Features may include bus tracking, route management, student check-in, school administration dashboards, parent dashboards, driver dashboards, notifications, payment processing, school store ordering, marketplace links, reporting, and support.
3. Accounts and Roles
- Users must provide accurate account, school, billing, and contact information.
- Schools are responsible for assigning the correct roles and permissions to administrators, drivers, staff, parents, and guardians.
- Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through their account.
- EasySchoolBus may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is unauthorized, unsafe, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
4. School and Transportation Responsibilities
Schools, transportation providers, and authorized administrators remain responsible for real-world transportation operations, route assignments, driver management, safety procedures, student supervision, local compliance, and parent communication. EasySchoolBus is a software platform and does not replace school transportation policies, dispatch systems, emergency services, or professional judgment.
5. Parent, Guardian, and Driver Responsibilities
- Parents and guardians must keep student, stop, contact, and pickup information accurate through the school or dashboard where available.
- Drivers must use tracking features only for authorized school transportation trips and must follow all road safety, school, and local legal requirements.
- All users must use the app lawfully and must not misuse location, student, payment, school, or marketplace information.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe where supported. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable charge for transportation fees, subscriptions, school store orders, or other enabled services. EasySchoolBus does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Refunds, cancellations, partial credits, and school-managed charges may depend on the school, transportation provider, product seller, subscription plan, payment processor rules, and applicable law. For billing help, contact support or the responsible school administrator.
7. School Store, Marketplace, and External Links
Schools may add products to a school store that parents can view when enabled. Marketplace and Amazon product discovery features may link to external websites. External websites are not controlled by EasySchoolBus and may have their own prices, availability, shipping, return, privacy, and support rules. EasySchoolBus is not responsible for external websites or third-party products unless required by law.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not access another school, student, parent, driver, payment, or route record without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape data, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload harmful code.
- Do not use EasySchoolBus for harassment, fraud, unlawful tracking, discrimination, spam, or unsafe transportation activity.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content through school store, marketplace, messaging, or support features.

10. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep EasySchoolBus available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues, or events outside our control. We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to improve the service, comply with law, or protect users.
11. Intellectual Property
EasySchoolBus software, website content, designs, branding, features, and related materials are owned by Easy School Bus Management or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized school transportation and related account purposes.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
EasySchoolBus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect GPS accuracy, error-free notifications, or that every transportation event will be detected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySchoolBus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Termination
You may stop using EasySchoolBus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, safety risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the service. Certain payment, support, transportation, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the date above and may provide notice through the app, website, email, or dashboard. Continued use of EasySchoolBus after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
