Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Terms apply to the EasySchoolBus Android app, website, regional dashboards, public school stores, payments, messaging, notifications, and support services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accepting these Terms during registration, accessing a school dashboard, using transportation features, submitting a public request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a school, organization, or company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that organization.

2. Service

EasySchoolBus provides software for school transportation management, including roles and schools, routes and stops, trips, live location, check-in, attendance, incidents, messaging, notifications, payments, reporting, public and account-based school stores, and related support. Feature availability differs by school and region.

3. Accounts and Access

4. Transportation Responsibilities

Schools, districts, transport providers, administrators, and drivers remain responsible for real-world operations, licensing, vehicle fitness, safeguarding, route decisions, supervision, emergency plans, legal compliance, and communications. EasySchoolBus is a software tool and does not replace emergency services, dispatch procedures, professional judgment, or legally required safety systems.

5. Parent, Guardian, Driver, and Substitute Responsibilities

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another enabled provider. By submitting payment, you authorize the displayed amount. EasySchoolBus does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Schools may set transport charges or store prices and may be responsible for fulfillment and school-managed refunds. Additional details are in the Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.

7. School Store and Guest Buyers

A school may share a tokenized public store link with buyers who do not use bus service or have an EasySchoolBus account. A guest buyer must provide accurate contact and fulfillment information and must be legally able to place the order. The identified school or seller is responsible for product descriptions, lawful sale, inventory, delivery or pickup, and school-managed returns unless checkout states otherwise. EasySchoolBus may provide the ordering and payment technology.

8. Marketplace and External Affiliate Links

Marketplace sellers are responsible for their listings and transactions. Amazon or other enabled affiliate/product-discovery links open external services with their own prices, stock, shipping, returns, privacy, and terms. EasySchoolBus may earn an affiliate commission without changing the buyer’s price. We do not guarantee external products or sellers.

9. Messaging and Content

Users retain responsibility for content they submit. You grant EasySchoolBus the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display, and process that content for the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the stated purpose.

10. Acceptable Use

11. Privacy and Student Data

Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. Schools should also review School Data Privacy before onboarding student data.

12. Availability and Changes

Service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, network failure, GPS or device limitations, legal requirements, or events beyond reasonable control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption.

13. Intellectual Property

The software, brand, design, and original website content belong to Easy School Bus Management or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized purposes.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect GPS accuracy, delivery of every notification, or error-free third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Rights provided by mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.

15. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited or terminated for non-payment, misuse, fraud, material breach, safety risk, unauthorized access, legal obligation, or discontinuation. Users may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to necessary retention.

16. Governing Terms and Disputes

Applicable governing law and dispute venue may depend on the contracting school, provider, user region, and mandatory consumer or data-protection law. Before a formal claim, contact Support so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue. A school or enterprise agreement may contain additional governing-law terms and will control if it expressly conflicts with these public Terms.

17. Changes

Material updates will be identified by the updated date and may also be communicated through the app, dashboard, website, or email. Where law requires new consent, it will be requested.
