Billing and Payment Support
- For school transportation fees, contact your school administrator or EasySchoolBus support.
- For school store orders, contact your school first if the product is managed by the school.
- For card payments, refunds, duplicate charges, or failed payments, email support with the account email, school name, payment date, and amount.
- Card payments may be processed by Stripe. EasySchoolBus does not store full card numbers.
School and Parent Support
Parents can ask their school to update student route, stop, attendance, or store order records. Schools can contact EasySchoolBus support for onboarding, dashboard access, route setup, driver setup, payment configuration, and store configuration.
Privacy Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support using the contact information above. Some payment, school transportation, safety, or legal records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
